Each Amore Mahjong piece is worth the wait. Expected shipping dates are listed on the product page and confirmed at checkout.

While we strive for timeliness, international shipping and customs processes are beyond our control and may cause delays.

By completing your pre-order, you acknowledge that delivery dates are estimates and agree to these terms. Your items will ship as soon as they are ready.

Please note that orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

Currently, Amore Mahjong only ships within the USA. We hope to expand internationally in the future, please check back for updates!

Each Amore Mahjong set is a unique work of art, handcrafted using artisanal methods.

Because our pieces are made by hand, slight variations in color, finish, or pattern are natural. These subtle distinctions are the hallmark of true craftsmanship and are not considered defects. As such, these unique characteristics do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
