Processing Times
In-stock items are generally processed within the timeframe stated on the product page. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, product launches, or promotional events.
Preorder items are subject to estimated production and shipping timelines. These timelines are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, supply chain, or shipping delays.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, Amore Mahjong is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment or secondary delivery attempts.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Shipments
Customers must notify us of shipping-related issues within 2 weeks of the shipment date.
If your package appears lost, damaged in transit, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at info@amoremahjong.com so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
