To ensure every client receives an impeccable, untouched masterpiece, all sales—including presale orders—are final. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and want you to love your collection.
While we do not accept returns, any verified quality issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery to be addressed.

While we strive for timeliness, international shipping and customs processes are beyond our control and may cause delays.
By completing your pre-order, you acknowledge that delivery dates are estimates and agree to these terms. Your items will ship as soon as they are ready.
