While we do not accept returns, any verified quality issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery to be addressed.

Each Amore Mahjong piece is worth the wait. Expected shipping dates are listed on the product page and confirmed at checkout.

While we strive for timeliness, international shipping and customs processes are beyond our control and may cause delays.

By completing your pre-order, you acknowledge that delivery dates are estimates and agree to these terms. Your items will ship as soon as they are ready.
