Amore Mahjong is a family-owned business inspired by heritage, design, and the traditions that bring people together.

While mahjong itself was not part of our childhood, gathering around a table always was. Some of our fondest memories were made with our Mamau and Papau, sharing meals, stories, laughter, and the simple joy of being together. They taught us the importance of connection, hospitality, and creating a home that welcomes family and friends.

Years later, after inheriting a collection of treasured heirlooms from them, we found ourselves drawn to their timeless beauty and craftsmanship. Those pieces became the inspiration for our debut collection, Southern Garden, influencing its colors, textures, and sense of nostalgia.

Our love of interior design shaped the rest of the story. We saw an opportunity to create mahjong pieces that felt as intentional and beautiful as the homes they lived in. Pieces that could remain on display long after the game ended and become part of everyday living.

That vision became Amore Mahjong.
